Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 29 October 2026
1. Subscription Cancellations
Clients may cancel their monthly AI Receptionist or retainer subscriptions by providing 14 days’ written notice prior to their next billing cycle. Cancellations must be sent to info@kypaagroup.com.
2. Setup Fees
Once-off setup fees (including the R2,500 AI Receptionist setup fee) cover the engineering, configuration, and deployment of the AI system. Setup fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced.
3. Refunds
Because our services involve the delivery of consulting time and custom digital configuration, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of a new subscription, please contact us to discuss a resolution. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.
4. Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Kypaa will result in the immediate suspension of all services pending the resolution of the dispute.
