The Founder
Kypaa was founded by Caleb Kipa, a senior corporate and mergers & acquisitions lawyer with extensive experience advising on complex cross-border commercial transactions.
Throughout a legal career spanning multiple jurisdictions, Caleb has worked on sophisticated corporate matters, including transactions valued in the billions of dollars, advising multinational businesses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financing arrangements, governance, regulatory matters, and commercial risk. In particular, he has advised on transactions based in South Africa, the United States, Bermuda, Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, Malawi, and Mauritius.
Working alongside global businesses provided Caleb with a unique perspective into how successful organisations think about growth, efficiency, decision-making, and long-term strategy.
That experience now forms the foundation of Kypaa.
Today, Kypaa combines commercial strategy, legal insight, AI technology, automation, and creative execution to help businesses make better decisions and achieve sustainable growth.
